That's probably can be one of the most weird brass core Souval's cross I've ever meet. All details seems genuine to me, except the condition of black paint. I mean, how could you even get a completely peeled (you can still see some remains on edges ) brass core with daily worn? I definitely need some opinions from the community.
Yes, a nice wartime Souval example with a brass core. It could be manufactured by F. Orth, That company used Souval parts. Why it has lost all of the black coating ….. we will never know precisely.
