Help with identification or history. Plated Bronze medallion 2 1/2" (top to bottom) 1 7/8" diameter. Imperial Russian eagle holding a crown of thorns (symbol of the White Russian movement). In the center, conjoined profile busts of Tsar Nicholas II and Yugoslavian King Alexander I. Reverse is plain. Wondering is anyone knows who had this commissioned and whom it might have been given.
