Green Enamelled Stars

I picked up these two medals from a local estate sale auction. Thought I’d like a mystery, but I haven’t found anything yet. Any ideas?

I don't think they belong together, the star on the right looks like a Masonic badge. I assume that the back looks exactly like the front?

The star has the same back, the Cross shows the year 1845.
