The badge with a crown is Imperial. It is a Minsk Long Service Badge for 25 years. Pricewise, it is probably around $225 USD.
The other badge is Soviet, displayed by the sickle and hammer. I am not entirely sure where it is from, most likely Moscow. It is also a Long Service Badge, for 47 years (XLVII). I believe this would go for about $80 USD.
