History

This Order was instituted by King Hassan II. It is conferred upon notable individuals in the fields of education, poetry, literature, science, and academia.

The obverse features Arabic script, which translates to "King", "God", "Homeland", "October 1975", "Victory", "Shuwal 1395", and "Green March". The reverse features a sura from the Koran in Arabic script, which translates to "That God us of the Victory".
