    This Order was established by Sultan Moulay Hafid in 1910. It was replaced by the Order of Ouissam Alaouite on January 11, 1913.

    This Order was conferred upon foreigners, civilians and military personnel in recognition of exceptional meritorious service.

    The obverse features an inscription in Arabic script, which translates to "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his Prophet" and "His Majesty Hafidien". ...
