The Constitutional Campaign Merit Cross (“Pola Lei - Pola Grei”) was instituted by Resolution No. 330 of June 25, 1962, to reward the Revolution Veterans of 1932 who participated in the lines of combat, or in rear services alongside the Constitutional Army.

It was authorized with a unique grade.
