Physical Description

The Star Goddess Minerva consists of a ball-tipped five-pointed star with white enameled arms. It is superimposed by an enameled green laurel wreath encircled an engraved figure of Minerva facing left.

History

The Star Goddess Minerva is awarded to Officers who have graduated to teach within the Chilean military institutions.
