The First Conscript Medal (Medalla por la Primera Conscripción) was authorized by the Congress of Argentina as commemoration of the official foundation of the Argentinian Army on January 28, 1896.

It was awarded to the members of the the first conscripts, which was the first twenty-years-old generation that was trained by the National Guards.
