The Ituzaingó Medal (Medal por Ituzaingó) was awarded to Argentinian General Carlos Maria de Alvear and his troops, in recognition of the essential victory over German, Portuguese and Brazilian forces in Ituzaingó, Brazil on February 20, 1827.

The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translated to “The Republic to the Victors in Ytuzaingó February 20, 1827.”
