History

The Medal for the Crusaders of Civilization (Medalla a los Cruzados de la Civilización) was established by the government of Argentina, in recognition of the Argentinian citizens who fought with the Allies against the Central Powers in the World War I.

The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translated to "For the Crusaders of Civilization, Buenos Aires, July 1919.”
