The Medal for the Anniversary of Ingavi (Medalla por el Aniversario de la Batalla de Ingavi) was authorized by the Bolivian government in 1845, in commemoration of the fourth anniversary of the battle of Ingavi.
It is not clear who the recipient of this Medal were.
The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translated to "The Capital Potosi, Abundance of Peace," and a reverse inscription that can be translated to "IV Anniversary of Ingavi November 18, 1841."
