The Order of Judicial Merit for Labour (Ordem do Mérito Judiciário do Trabalho) was established by the High Court of Labour, to recognize Brazilian and foreign, civil and military personnel who have contributed to the Nation of Brazil while displaying acts of exemplary behavior for the community and have distinguished themselves whilst on duty.

The Order's grades are Collar, Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer, and Knight.

Individuals who are General Officers, Professors, Directors of Embassies, Secretaries of State Governments or Judges, are eligible to receive the rank of the Commander.
