The Order of Judicial Merit for Labour (Ordem do Mérito Judiciário do Trabalho) was established by the High Court of Labour, to recognize Brazilian and foreign, civil and military personnel who have contributed to the Nation of Brazil while displaying acts of exemplary behavior for the community and have distinguished themselves whilst on duty.

The Order's grades are Collar, Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer, and Knight.

Individuals who are Ministers of Superior Courts, Division generals, Senators, Representatives, or State Assembly Presidents, are eligible to receive the rank of the Grand Officer.
