History

The Order of Leonidas Monasterios was founded in Venezuela by the Province of Miranda to reward individuals, as well as institutions, in recognition of their outstanding and meritorious work for the state or national community within the field of the rights of the workers.

The Order consists of three grades: I Class Gold Cross, II Class Silver Cross, and III Class Bronze Cross. The I Class is wore on a pink neck ribbon ...  , while II Class and III Class are wore on a green neck ribbon. The Order has no star.
