The Loyalty Cross for Naval Military Service (Cruz a la Constancia en el Servicio Naval Militar) was instituted in Mexico by decree on May 6, 1891. It was founded to reward Captains and Officers of the naval force for years of loyal service rendered to Mexico.

The Cross consisted of three grades according to the length of services rendered by the recipient. I Class Cross was awarded for 30 years of services, II Class Cross was conferred for 25 years, and III Class Cross was awarded for 20 years.

The Cross was abolished on May 6, 1901.

The Cross features an obverse inscription that can e translated to "Reward for Constancy in the Naval Military Services," and a reverse inscription that can be translated to "Instituted in 1891, Awarded by 30 [25, 20] Years of Service."
