The Medal for the Siege of Puebla (Medalla por el Sitio de Puebla) was authorized by the Mexican government on June 14, 1863. It was awarded to enlisted men who defended the city of Puebla against a two-month French siege in 1863.
The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translated to "He Defended the City of Puebla at Zaragoza from a French Army," and it has no reverse inscription.
