History

This decoration was conferred in recognition of extraordinary agricultural production or for exceptional contributions to Cambodian development.

The decoration is the same for the I, II, and III Class. The I Class decoration features 3 gilt Angkor Wat ribbon decorations.

The obverse Khmer inscription translates to "Labour" and "Decoration".
