This medal is also known as the Baltistan Medal or the Medal for Yasin and Darel.

The obverse inscription roughly translates to "Medal for Bravery at the taking of the Fort of Mandauri". The reverse inscription translates to "The Country of Yasin, 1920 Samvat".
