History

Conferred upon 1) members of the Indonesian Armed Forces in recognition of volunteer community service; 2) civilian employees in recognition of their service to the Armed Forces; 3) citizens that have made significant contributions to the Armed Forces; 4) foreigners that have made significant contributions to the Armed Forces.
