History

This decoration is always known as "Pingat Untuk Pekerja Lama Dan Kelakuan Baik." It is awarded for twenty-one years of continuous service and good conduct, at the non-executive lower or below.

The obverse of the medal is the State Crest and the reverse bears the inscription in English and Jawi "Untuk Pekerja Lama Dan Kelakuan Baik" meaning "For Long Service and Good Conduct." The reverse also bears the name of the recipient and the date.

The ribbon is red with wide green and yellow edge stripes.
