History

Also known as "Pingat Jasa Kebaktian" this medal is awarded for meritorious service by those in employment by the state, and for those employed in the civil service grades three to seven.

The medal is composed of bronze. The obverse has the design of the State Crest. The reverse bears a surround of laurel leaves with, centrally, the name of the medal in Jawi and the name of the recipient.
