History

This award ceased to be issued with the abolition of the Nepalese monarchy in June 2008.

The obverse features an inscription in Nepalese with a centrally located concave pentagon, lotus leaves and the Nepalese Royal Headdress. The reverse features an inscription in Nepalese, a Nepalese house, and the medal is dated "2034" (V.S. 2034 = A.D. 1977).
