Physical Description

A circular medal, the obverse center bears a red enamel flag with a star in the center, on a light blue enamel background, below is a red banner inscribed with QUAN KY QUYET THANG, with a border of foliage on one side and a cog on the other, on a red and yellow striped pentagonal ribbon.

History

This medal was conferred upon members of the People's Army of Vietnam (also known as the North Vietnamese Army) in recognition of at least 25 years of service.
