Physical Description

A five-pointed star, the obverse center bears a circular medallion with a red enamel flag of Vietnam People's Army, underneath is a banner with the inscription CHEIN SYVE VANG, on a pebbled background, the reverse is plain, on a pentagonal red ribbon with yellow stripes, the reverse of the ribbon is a pin for attachment.

History

This Order was conferred upon members of the People's Army of Vietnam in recognition of long, meritorious service following July 20, 1954.
