Physical Description

An oblong medal, the obverse center bears a detailed image of a building with foliage, the bottom bears the inscription VAN HOA GIAO DUC on a rectangular field, on one side is green lacquered foliage and the other is fuchsia lacquered foliage, on a white, red and green striped ribbon.
