Physical Description

A four-pointed star, with four outward facing planes and blue enamel in the quadrants between the points, the reverse is plain with a circular inscription reading KHONG-QUAN VINH CONG BOI-TINH VIETNAM, with a winged suspension, on a blue, light blue and white striped ribbon.
