Physical Description

An irregularly shaped medal with the obverse consisting of a truck on a bridge with plants, a canal, a train and a plane with the inscription CONG CHANH GIAO THONG VAN TAI, the reverse is plain and inscribed with VIETNAM, on a red, yellow and white striped ribbon.

History

The Public Works, Communication & Transportation Service Medal was awarded to civil servants who had 15 years in Public Works, Communication or Transportation. It could also be awarded to Vietnamese citizens or foreigners who had distinguished themselves through exceptional service in the implementation in Public Works, Communication or Transportation
