Physical Description


An eight-pointed star with rays in the quadrants between the arms, the obverse bears a central medallion of white and light blue enamel, with a white enamel cross in the center, encompassed by a yellow enamel border inscribed with XA HOI BOI TINH, the reverse is plain and bears the inscription VIETNAM within a ribbed border, on a blue, light blue and white striped ribbon.
