History
This Order was founded by the Presidium of the National Assembly, and it was conferred upon Bulgarian and Allied military personnel in recognition of excellence during battle in wartime.
It was also awarded for meritorious service that resulted in the creation of a strong, powerful army, and the defence of Bulgarian borders, during peacetime.
The Order was designed by Onik Odabashyan, and it was discontinued on April 5, 1991.
The obverse inscription roughly translates to "For Socialists of the Native Land."
The reverse is numbered, and the number may be arranged horizontally or vertically.
