History

This Medal was founded by the Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Czech Republic.

It was awarded to civil and military personnel for providing a significant contribution to the development of the Czech Republic, including soldiers, foreign nationals, Czech citizens, and Security Force personnel.

The reverse is numbered, and the reverse inscription translates to "Ministry of the Defence of the Czech Republic."
