History

The Primus in Agendo Decoration was established by the Council of Ministers in 2015 and is currently administered by the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy. It is awarded to Polish citizens, organisations, and institutions in recognition of outstanding contributions to the Polish labour market or social and family life in Poland.

The Silver Medal features initials on the reverse that stand for "Rzeczpospolita Polska" (Republic of Poland).
