Physical Description

A circular bronze medal, the obverse bears two busts with the inscription CAMPANAS DE MINDANAO, the reverse bears the inscription 190-1891 / 1894-1895 encompassed by a wreath of laurel and palm, with loop for suspension, on a yellow and light blue striped ribbon.

History

The medal was conferred upon the Army and Navy personnel who participated in the 1890-1891 and 1894-1895 campaigns.

The ribbon may be decorated with clasps reading, "1890-1891", "1894-1895".
