A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears the busts of Carlos V and Alfonso Carlos I with the inscription DIOS PATRIA REY above and below CARLOS V CARLOS ALFONSO, the reverse bears the coat of arms of Spain with a sacred heart, with the inscription CENTENARIO TRADICIONALISTA 29 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 1833 29 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 1933.
