History

This cross is awarded to personnel of the Finnish Armoured Division.

The Finnish name of the cross is "Panssaridivisiona muistoristit".

The tombac cross has an eyelet and loop for ribbon suspension. The obverse has a green enamel and gilt insignia of the Armoured Division imposed centrally. The arms of the cross are blackened within a gilt border. The reverse is plain black with a maker’s mark "Velj. S" (Veljekset Sundqvist of Helsinki).
