The Commemorative Medal for Peasants' March was instituted on 1930 by the right-wing Lapua Movement to commemorate the "Peasants’ March" held on 7 July 1930.
The Finnish name of the medal is "Talonpoikaismarssin Muistomitali".
The circular white metal medal with loop and ring for ribbon suspension has on the observe half-length figure of Vihtori Kosola. His right arm raised and fist clenched.
There is circumscribed "VALA ISÄNMAALE EDEN FÖR FOSTERLANDET", Finnish and Swedish for "Oath for the Fatherland".
The reverse has centrally the emblem of the Lapua Movement. The date "7/7 1930" is above and circumscribed "TALONPOIKAISMARSSI BONDETTÄGET" ("Peasants’ March" in Finnish and Swedish).
