The circular silver medal presents the right-facing portrait of King Karl (Charles) on the obverse centre. It is circumscribed by the inscription "KOENIG KARL JUBILAEUMSTIFTUNG".
The reverse centre shows the inscription "FÜR LANGJÄHRIGE TREUE DIENSTE", surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves.
