History
On September 30, 1938, the arm discs showing a Siegrune were discontinued. Instead, a rank indication system based on chevrons was introduced. They were identical to the chevrons that were used in the Naval HJ (Marine-HJ).
The chevrons are round, dark blue badges with silver-grey rank indicators, and were worn on the upper right sleeve.
Oberjungenschaftsführer wore one star and one chevron. So did an Oberkameradschaftsführer in the Naval HJ.
