History


The Visit to Scotland Medal 1903 was issued in commemoration of King Edward's VII post-coronation tour of Scotland in May of 1903. The Bronze Medal was awarded to police personnel, troops, and other ancillary services, such as the Fire Brigade and the St. Andrew's Ambulance, who aided in the parade and in escort duties during the ceremonies.
