The British North Borneo Company's Bravery Cross was established by the British North Borneo Company in 1890. It was awarded to members of the Company's Armed Constabulary in recognition of bravery during armed conflicts. It was retroactively awarded in recognition of actions dating to 1883 and was discontinued in 1915.
The obverse inscription translates to "I carry on and I accomplish."
Only 5 Silver Crosses and 4 Bronze Crosses were awarded. They were all issued unnamed.
