The Shanghai Municipal Police (Specials) Long Service Medal was awarded to members of the Shanghai Municipal Police in recognition of 12 years of service in the Special Constabulary. The Medal was discontinued in 1942. It is estimated that 52 or more Medals were awarded until this date.

A clasp was awarded to denote additional periods of service.
