This badge is 1.5" and has a screw back. Spanish War Veterans, but circle says Department of Ohio, and a 7 in center of different material. Was this a hat badge? Was the number corresponding to a camp in Ohio? There was a Camp 7 in Dayton. I have only found two other examples online, one was Dept of Washington and Alaska, the other had a 58 in center but could not see the state, and the links to them were broken. I'd like to know more about these number badges. No maker's name anywhere on it.
