History
The Camouflage Smock is reversible. One side shows the “splinter” pattern green camouflage, the other side is white.
The smock has no collar and a V-shaped front with two rows of five eyelet holes with a cord for a lace-up closing. There is an opening on each side of the chest, so the wearer can reach the breast pockets of the service tunic, which was usually worn underneath. A large air hole under each armpit provides ventilation. A draw string inside the jacket runs around the waist. The cuffs have two buttons and a wrist tag, so they can be folded over and secured in place.
