The Naval HJ Walking-out Dress Insignia is a round cloth patch. It shows a fouled anchor in golden-yellow on a navy blue field. It was worn on the upper right sleeve of the walking-out dress uniform. This insignia was discontinued at some point, but it is unknown when this happened.
