Round, gold-colored metal planchet, high shine, with U.S. Department of State seal on obverse (post-war eagle and shield) and words Secretary's Award for Career Achievement. Standard U.S. ribbon drape, with three rings. 1/3 of ribbon is composed of a bright red center stripe with two smaller white stripes on either side. Remaining 2/3 of ribbon comprised of two navy blue stripes on either edge. I would be interested in full size and miniature. Priced depending on condition.
