The Order of Agriculture was instituted by King Ahmad Fouad I on November 21, 1932. The Order is conferred in 3 Classes to reward meritorious agricultural and farming services. The Order was made obsolete in 1954.
The II Class Officer features an obverse Arabic inscription which translates to the name of the Order, "Order of Agriculture."
