History

The Order of the President of Turkmenistan Garassyz Turkmenistan Bolan Beyik Soygusi Ucin (For the Great Love of Independent Turkmenistan) is similar to the Order of the President of Turkmenistan Bitaraplyk (see TKM***) and may be awarded for cultural or educational merit. Other eligible service is believed to include achievements towards the independence and sovereignty of the nation, development of domestic art, and work towards strengthening cultural relations between Turkmenistan and other states.
