History

The Bravery Medal may also be known as the Gallantry Medal or as the Medal for Heroism. The Medal is awarded to military personnel in recognition of heroic deeds and other acts of bravery provided in service of the country, or for service which reflects the United Ara Emirate's values of bravery. The Medal may also be awarded to civilians, but additional research is necessary to confirm.
