Physical Description and Item Details


In silver with blue, white and yellow enamels, along with a red glass circular centerpiece ring, intact enamels, on its original full-length neck ribbon.

History


This Order was established by Emperor Kang Teh of Manchuria. It is considered the exact equivalent to the Japanese Order of the Rising Sun.

This Order is also known as the Order of the Prosperous Cloud.

The III Class Commander badge is the same as the II Class Grand Officer badge.

The reverse Japanese characters translate to "Order of Merit Decoration".
