Known in Malay as "Darjah Yang Mulia Setia Mahkota Malaysia". Conferred for meritorious services to the country.

This award is limited to two hunderd and fifty persons. The recipient of this award receives the title Tan Sri and his wife Puan Sri. Foreign citizens may receive it as an honourary award.
